Hair of Rainbows (???)

This was a lot of fun to draw and stuff :3 and Ink Pen is now officially my favorite SAI tool (I FINALLY GOT A NON TRIAL VERSION!!!!) oh my god it's amazing. I just love it. 

And I'm aware that this lovely lady is neckless/bodyless. Yet again. I swear, next time I'll try to make at least a partial body. I just love heads u_u
